Remote Online Notarization Service is needed when you CAN NOT physically appear before a Notary Public face to face. Ohio Law (ORC sec.147.591[B][1]. Now you can sign and have a document(s) notarized from the comfort of your home or office using your electronic devices like your computer and or tablet for your convenience.

To be able to utilize this service you will need the following: A valid ID, clear webcam, microphone, email, and internet access.
Once the following have been met. Please follow the detail instructions on how to proceed.
- Upload your document(s)
You can upload a scan to Remote Notary to be verified. - Then the Remote Notary will provide you with a link to your email address to join the platform.
***Please complete your document before uploading. Do Not Sign your signature before it is Notarized***
The notary cannot complete the document for you. Please Do Not leave Blank Spaces on document.
Do not complete or sign in the section by Notary Seal Signature, Date and Verification. - Identity Verification
The email link that was sent to you by the Remote Notary. You are then prompted to take and pass the online Identity Verification. You are giving only 2 times to pass. Once failed the 2nd time you are required to wait 24 hours before we can continue notarizing your document. Once passed you are asked to type your signature and upload to Notary. - Connect with Notary
You will be then connected with a live notary via your webcam, who is ready to sign your documents. - Print or Email your Document
After the notarization is complete, the notary will send the signed document to you provided email address, and you can quickly download your document and print or email to your choice. Ohio Law (ORC Sec. 147.591[B][2]
RON FEES: Remote Online Notary (RON) must be paid agreed upon and paid prior to the start of the transaction. The fee is non-refundable due to the nature of the transaction. The fee is $25 per seal and a one-time platform charge of $10.
